Marketing Committee
The Marketing committee works social media and promotes the outward image of FLiNT. This includes taking photos and videos during events as well as managing its instagram and website. Learning composition and how to appeal to an outside audience.
Service Committee
The Service committee coordinates and manages volunteer opportunities for members of FLiNT to engage with their local community and make a positive impact on those in need, such as Texas Ramp Project, Aggieland Humane Society, and Big Event.
Event Planning Committee
The Event Planning Committee works to organise and plan our largest org wide events such as Flintsgiving, Semi-formal, and Banquet. Learn to make critical budget decisions as well as how to manage large groups and organize fun events!
Professional Outreach Committee
The Professional Outreach committee networks with industry professionals and maintains the org's LinkedIn. Invite speakers to meetings and organize workshops on professional skills. They play a critical role in the development of our member's lives after FLINT.
Internal Social Committee
The Internal Social committee is in charge of organizing and planning FLiNT's usual events and activities. Works with external social and event planning to maintain and update the org calendar. Learn key communication and organizational skills as well as how to create fun activities for groups large and small.
External Social Committee
The External Social committee works to contact other FLOs and orgs and works with them to plan fun social events for all members to enjoy throughout the year.
Design Committee
The Design committee plays a critical role in events such as recruitment, intramurals, and large events like Big Event and shackathon. Learn to work with professional tools and create part of the outward image of the organization by creating banners, shirts, merch, and whatever creative ideas take place.
Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising committee handles and creates sales to aid the organization in funds. These range from creating bake sales and profit shares with companies such as Half Baked Goodness and BJ's to help raise money for the FLiNT's events and keep a good budget up for future years. Here you learn how to cultivate networking, business skills, and gain experience in handling money and income organization.
