Our goal is to create a community dedicated to each other and to upholding our core values. In order to get the best experience in any organization, you have to really get involved, so we want our members to do just that.
Open to Learning
We come from a variety of backgrounds and levels of experience, but there is always room to grow. We expect our members to learn from and teach eachother to make everyone better. This can be through our variety of workshops, build team meetings, and even impromptu study sessions.
Responsible
As an engineering organization, we are very aware of the time commitments of our members. That being said, we highly value the ability of our members to be responsible with their time and lifestyle, so they can be involved in our organization as much as possible.
Communicative
Communication is essential in every field, and in a cooperative environment like FLiNTs, communication can make the difference between a successful project and a dysfunctional team.
